Yes. You can use the Mobile Deposit Service to deposit paper check to your QuickBooks Checking account.
To do this, you need to enter the check information first. Before you do so, visit this article for more information about the check deposit requirements: Use mobile check deposit with QuickBooks Checking.
To enter the check info:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online app from a mobile device.
- Click on Cash Flow.
- From QuickBooks Checking balance, choose Send Money.
- Select Deposit checks. If you don't see the option or if it's unavailable, it means you aren’t eligible yet.
- Enter the check amount. Make sure it isn’t more than the limit shown on the screen.
Once done, you may now endorse your check. Check out this link for the details.
