The error when deleting or inactivating an account is what our engineers are currently working with. It’d be best to reach out to our phone support team to add you from the list of affected users.  

Here’s how to reach them:

  1. Visit this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Choose any main and subtopic.
  4. Scroll down and click the Get the Phone Number button.

I’ll keep an eye on their investigation and will let you know in this thread once there are updates.
