I'm having the same problem with downloading .qbo files from Chase. The older files have <FITID>[removed][removed]804 new files have <FITID>NONE.  I manually edited the file so <FITID> had a unique identifier for each transaction and I was able to import into QB. Next step will be to write VB code to automatically update <FITID> with unique ID.
