In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll also have to ensure matching or categorizing entries before disconnecting an account if you see transactions left for review. 

Doing this will enable you to disconnect the connected account in QBO. Here's how:

1. Go to the Accounting menu and select Chart of accounts.
2. Find the connected bank account and click the Triangle button from the Action column.
   
   
    
3. Choose Edit.
4. Check the Disconnect this account on save box.
5. Hit Save and close.
   
   

Once done, reconnect the right bank to the account in the Chart of accounts.

1. In the Chart of accounts, find the account you disconnect online banking from earlier.
2. Click the Triangle button from the Action column.
3. Select Connect bank.
   
   
    
4. Then choose your bank and hit Continue.
5. Enter bank account login credentials and follow on-screen instructions and requirements.

After this process, you should be able to get your online banking transactions in the For review tab in Banking to add, match, or categorize.
