Though, I checked with my resources and couldn't find the same issue. I recommend getting in touch with our Customer support team.  

  

Our agents will review your account and verify the reasons for this issue. To connect with our Team, follow the steps below in your QuickBooks Online account:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us
  2. Type your concern in the box and tap Let's talk
  3. Choose either Get a call or Start a chat
  4. Complete the required data and submit the request. 

 

To make sure you'll get prioritize to your concern, please check the availability time of or customer support team. You can contact us every Monday to Friday from 8 AM - 6 PM. Also, phone support may be limited due to volume.
