Thanks for following the steps in this thread, @WBWBC. I'm here to help you fix and ensure you're able to see the reorder accounts option. 

 

The Reorder accounts option is at the bottom of the accounts list. You'll want to use the scroll bar and move way down to show it.

If you can't see it, use a private or incognito window as our initial step as I suspect a browser-related issue. To do this, launch a regular browser. Then, use these keyboard shortcut keys below: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL  Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Safari: Press Command Shift N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

Be sure to log in as the master or the company admin. Then, go back to the Banking page. Zoom out the screen as well. If the Reorder accounts option show, open your regular browser and start clearing the cache

 

However, if the issue persists, use another supported, up-to-date browser.
