Let's get this working to make sure that your Wells Fargo account is added to your company file, EncoreS.

 

 I'll be sharing some steps as well that can resolve browser-related issues in QuickBooks Desktop. Here's how:

 

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Go to the Gear or Tools icon ⚙, then select Internet options.
  3. Select Advanced, and scroll down to the Security section.
  4. See if you have TLS 1.2 checked. If not, select the box to turn it on.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Exit all open applications on your computer.

Once done, go back to QuickBooks and add your Wells Fargo account again. In any case that you're getting the same error, you can open these articles for additional troubleshooting steps: 

 

  1. Run the Install Diagnostic from the QuickBooks Tools Hub.
  2. Run a repair of your installation files.
  3. Clean install QuickBooks Desktop.
