I did ALL of this that you are suggesting. I re-categorized some of the hundreds of 'green' items even though I have no idea why they are showing up in green when they were a charge/expense and not a credit of any sort. Half show up in black and half in green. Ridiculous. Now I pulled the profit and loss statement and all that I changed that were in green and made them expenses instead are not even showing up as expenses! I can't believe this. I can't get through to a live person either. I have been trying for days on the 'assistant' and 'help' buttons. Taxes are due in a few days and I've been spending days on this for multiple hours and getting no where! I may need to delete my account and completely start over. I need a call asap please.
