As of now, what you can do is modify the items manually to apply the changes to the previous data. I'll gladly show you the way.

1. From Lists, choose Item List.
2. Double click the item you want to edit.
3. Click the Income Account drop-down menu, then choose the new account.
4. Select OK, then click Yes on the pop-up message.
