As of this moment, QuickBooks only support  Internet Explorer (IE) (32-bit), so you can smoothly integrate your data. Check out the System requirements for QuickBooks Desktop 2021 page for more details about how this operating system, hardware, software, and other requirements to run QuickBooks. 

Furthermore, you can follow my colleague's steps if your bank doesn't support IE when importing transactions. 

After that, please follow and make sure not to skip any of the steps outlined in this article: Import Web Connect (.qbo) files to prevent issues during the migration process.
