Aside from the amount and date of the transactions, QuickBooks will also look for transactions that are in the bank register when looking for a match, This means that the system will not match transactions that are not yet deposited into the bank.
You mentioned that you can still see the transactions in the Undeposited Funds account. In this case, you need to make a bank deposit. Here's how:
- Go to the + New button and select Bank Deposit.
- Select the correct bank account where you want to deposit the money.
- Enter all the details of the deposit.
- Hit Save and close.
Once done, go back to the Banking section and match the transactions again.
