The option he said is actually still available in QuickBooks Desktop 2021. Please refer to the screenshot below.
There is a different way aside from going through the Banking menu. Here's how:
- Go to the File menu.
- Select Utilities and then Import.
- Choose Import Web Connect Files. Then follow steps 2-5 in JosephA's answer above.
Once you have successfully imported your transactions, you can categorize and add or match them to your existing transactions in QuickBooks.
