As discussed in previous responses to this thread, reclassifying multiple transactions at once is only available if you're using QuickBooks Online Accountant or Advanced version. For more info, please see this article: Reclassify or move multiple transactions at once.
If you're using the QuickBooks Online Plus, Simple Start, or Essential versions, you'll need to manually change the categories of each transaction.
You can also look for a third-party app that integrates with QBO to help you reclassify multiple transactions. Here's how:
- Head to the QuickBooks Apps store.
- From the search bar, enter a keyword of the feature you need. Example: Update class of multiple transactions.
- Then, press the Enter key on your keyboard.
