Thanks for taking the time to share your concern, @Cordelro86. I'd be glad to share some details about the two small deposit.

If you're referring to your payroll bank account, you'll want to verify the test deposits by going to the Payroll page. The charge will appear on the bank statement as either "QuickBooks: Verify Bank" or "Intuit: Verify Bank.

QuickBooks will send two small deposits to the account within the next three days. Once you get the confirmation email, you'll have to click the verify link in the email. You can also sign in to QuickBooks Online, then go to the Cash Flow menu and select Verify bank.

  1. Go to Payroll, then click the Employees tab.
  2. Click Finish payroll tasks.
  3. Proceed with Verify the test deposit now.
  4. Enter the two test transactions, then click OK

For reference (and other steps for different payroll subscriptions), you can read this article: Verify test transaction.

Though, if you're referring to your QuickBooks Cash account verification, you can do it through the Cash Flow menu. QuickBooks will send two small deposits to the account within the next three days. Once you get the confirmation email, you'll have to click the verify link in the email. You can also sign in to QuickBooks Online, then go to the Cash Flow menu and select Verify bank.

Here's how to verify the test deposits after receiving them:

  1. In QuickBooks Online, go to the Cash Flow menu
  2. Click the Verify bank link.
  3. Enter the two deposit amounts, then click Confirm.

If you need more help with the verification, this article can help you out: Use your QuickBooks Cash account.

In case you need further assistance with the deposits, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They can check your account securely and help you with the deposit. You can follow the steps shared by my colleague JonpriL on how to reach them.

Also, you can read through these articles once you're ready to run payroll or track your cash flow in QuickBooks:

If you meant something else, I'd appreciate any extra details you have so I can provide the steps to move forward. Looking forward to your reply. Enjoy the rest of the day.
