You'll have to create a back up file. From there, the data will be synced to the other device. Here's how:
- From the File menu, select Switch to Single-user Mode.
- Go to the File menu again and hover over Back up Company.
- Select Create Local Backup.
- Select Local Backup and then Next.
- Click Browse and then select where you want to save the data.
- Click OK.
- Select Save it now and Next.
