We can disconnect your PayPal Sync app through the Apps menu in QuickBooks Online. Here's how :

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account in a browser.
2. Select Apps on the left menu and go to the My Apps tab.
3. Look for the PayPal Sync app and click the Action button.
4. Choose Disconnect and answer the exit survey.
5. Click the Confirm Disconnect button.
