I'll share the steps on how you can get your QuickBooks license and product number. There are three ways to see your product info, either in the product information window, camps.intuit.com, or our license tool. Here's how.

From the Product Information Window:

1. Open your QuickBooks.
2. On your keyboard, press F2.
3. See your license and product number at the opt of the Product Information window.

To view via CAMPS:

1. Go to camps.intuit.com
2. Sign in with your Intuit Account info. This could be different from what you use to sign in to your company file.
3. Select QuickBooks Desktop.
4. Find your subscription in the Products & Services list.
5. Click Details.

Lastly, you can use our license tool to retrieve your info. 

1. Click this link https://emaillicense.quickbooks.com/app/qbdt/licensenumber.
2. Choose from Business email or Business phone. Then, enter your phone or email address. This is the email and phone number you used when purchasing QuickBooks.
3. Tap the Find license and product number button.
4. After that, an email will be sent containing your details. Make sure you're using the primary email address on file.

If you forgot what email address you're using, go back to camps.intuit.com then choose Claim Account. This will let you connect accounts that have different emails.
