The link didn't go to a specific article, but rather to the "home" page where you can search.  I didn't get any great hits for info on the Statement Download feature.

I've having specific probliems with Chase.  They don't seem to be available until ~ the 8th of the month for EOM statements and I don't know why.  There isn't an Update icon appearing eh the statement window either lthat I can see for some other banks/clients.  

Thanks for any tips on resolving this.
