Hey there, @mthann.

Yes, you can link your Venmo account to QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab and click Connect Account on the landing page. Or select Add account if you've already connected a different banking account.
  3. Search for your bank, then click Continue.
  4. Enter the username and password you use for your bank's website in the window.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to connect. Your bank may require additional security checks. It may take a few minutes to connect.
  6. Select the bank or credit card accounts you want to connect.
  7. Choose the matching account type from the drop-down list. These are accounts on your chart of accounts in QuickBooks.
  8. Choose how far back you want to download transactions and click Connect.

Once done, QuickBooks automatically downloads and categorizes bank and credit card transactions for you. All you have to do is approve the work. Here's how to review and categorizing downloaded transactions.

Keep me posted if you need anything else or if you have other banking concerns in QuickBooks. I'll be here to help. Have a great weekend.
