I have the same problem, since I use many different versions.

You need to download the file. 

Then upload it by following these steps:

From in the QBs file, go to the "Banking" drop down and under "Bank Fees" choose "Import Web Connect File".

Choose the file you downloaded and it will upload to your Bank Feeds.
