Thanks for getting back in here, @Corki. Let me add some details on how to fix this. 

 

To change the extension to the supported file, I suggest having a converter tool. You can consider the app provided by Fiat Lux-ASIA. 

 

Once done, you can follow these steps to import the file:

  1. Download the file from your bank as QFX.
  2. Make sure to save it where you can directly locate it.
  3. Ensure that the windows setting show the extension as (activity.qfx).
  4. rename the file as (acc activity.qbo)
  5. Lastly, open the bank feed and import the file.
