To change the extension to the supported file, I suggest having a converter tool. You can consider the app provided by Fiat Lux-ASIA.
Once done, you can follow these steps to import the file:
- Download the file from your bank as QFX.
- Make sure to save it where you can directly locate it.
- Ensure that the windows setting show the extension as (activity.qfx).
- rename the file as (acc activity.qbo)
- Lastly, open the bank feed and import the file.
