Get 50% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months*
Buy nowI'm having the same issue as the Op but with no joy for the solutions offered. My bank says they're downloading a QBO file but what I get is an OFX data file. No matter how I try to open it I get an error message and the program crashes.
Web Connect does the same thing, but only on 1 of my company files - the other is fine. I've gone through all the steps of verifying the connection, ran file repairs, ran troubleshooting etc, updated Windows (no option to update QB without going to a very $$$ and stupid subscription model). Talked to the bank, got rejected by QB support.
I have no idea how to do any of the Excel conversions covered here so am I out of options? Do I have to manually enter 15 months of transactions? C'mon, QB has to be better than this.
