Hi there, @tcimaglia.

Welcome to the Community. I can help you see the Loan Manager feature on your QuickBooks for Mac 2019.

First, you will have to reboot your computer. This is necessary for the update to properly sync with your QuickBooks and Internet Explorer.

After that, run the Reboot.bat

  1. Right-click the QuickBooks Desktop icon on your desktop.
  2. Select Properties.
  3. Select Open file location.
  4. Right-click the reboot.bat file.
  5. Choose Run as Administrator.
  6. Wait until the reboot.bat file utility is complete.

Finally, open your QuickBooks and use the Loan Manager feature.

If you need more steps to perform, you can use this article as your reference: Loan Manager or Cash Flow Projector is missing after upgrading QuickBooks Desktop.

Keep me posted if you're able to see the loan manager or if you have other questions. I'm always here to help you more. Have a good one.
