I've checked here and we haven't received any reports going on with the purchase orders and item receipts. Since we have limited access in this public space, I recommend you give us a call.

1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact

2. Choose your QuickBooks Desktop version.

3. Select a topic.

4. Scroll-down and click the Get Phone Number option.
