Looking into this I have come across the fact that it won't show up on the actual transaction list.

The workaround would be to pull a customized report, where you can view the refunds during a specific time frame.

To pull a report of Refunds;

• Go to Reports on the left side navigation menu
• Scroll down to the For my accountant section
• Select the Transaction Detail by Account
• Click the Customize button at the top
• Select the Reporting period
• Expand the Filter section
• Mark the Transactions Type box
• Use the Dropdown to select Refund (you can also select Credit Memo if it pertains to you)
• Click the Run Report button
• You can then Save customization after running the report
