We can deposit the payments from the Undeposited Funds account to the bank account in QuickBooks Online. Then, we can match it to the downloaded bank transaction.
You can follow these steps:
- Go to the + New button and select Bank deposit.
- From the Account dropdown, choose the account you want to deposit the money into.
- Select the checkbox for the payment you want to include.
- Tap Save and close.
