I am having same problem. I always used the download and utilities import but my checking account doesn't show. I deactivated account, got code and reactivated. Program still doesn't find and when it has my try to login again it gives me same error and back to fmssetup, it is a total circle. Trying to use qbo it still cant find account and brings me back to WF login and fssetup
