I am there with you.  All they ever answer is for Quickbooks Online.....the QBO does not support manufacturing so I upgraded my Desktop 2014 version to the DESKTOP 2021 version.  BUT, you can only import QBO files .... for the online version, my bank does do live feed, but for the desktop version, you have to download files, but does not give a QBO file DL option. 

Makes no sense to me that Quickbooks can't get both platforms operating in the same way when it comes to banking.  There are pluses to QBO but QBO is too generic for people that actually make things (the assembly option is gone in QBO only offering bundles which does not work, especially with wholesale)

It seems like all they care about is promoting their Online option because they make more money that way since it is a monthly fee.
