It will be my pleasure to help you get to the bottom of this, and make sure you're able to update the transactions. If you've successfully connected your bank account to QuickBooks Online, but transactions seems to be stuck, try to sign in to your bank’s website. This is to check if there are any issues on the bank’s end.

Once signed in check the following:
If everything looks good, go back to QuickBooks and update your bank again.

Otherwise, do some basic troubleshooting steps to rule out any browser-related issues. Open your QuickBooks account in a private browser or incognito. This mode will not save your browsing history.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Go to the Banking page and update your bank. If your transactions are updated, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Please make sure to close and re-open your browser afterwards.
Alternatively, try using a different supported browser.
