The client paid with an account they use every time they make a payment. It isn’t an unusual amount for our business. Our receiving bank account is the same it has always been. The money has been removed from her account. I have been passed from department to department for over 2 hours now and no one can give me an answer as to where my clients payment is and when it will deposited. I pay a ridiculous amount of money to QB for next day, and in many cases instant deposits.
