Since you're unable to determine the cause of your beginning balance issue, let's pull up your reconciliation report to determine why you are off with such a great amount of transactions for your next reconciliation. Let me show you how.
- Go to Accounting.
- Select Reconcile.
- Click History by account.
- Under Account, select the bank account you're having an issue with the beginning balance.
- On the Report period menu, select All Dates.
- Select a year to show the list of your reconciliation history.
- Click View report.
