Thanks for getting back to us, bsbrister.

Since you're using the regular version of QuickBooks Online, you have two options to reclassify your transactions. It's either manually doing it or invite an accountant to do it for you.

You may follow these steps to manually reclassify the transactions:

  1. From the left menu, select Expenses.
  2. Filter transactions under Type, then click Apply
  3. Select all transactions.
  4. Locate and uncheck split expenses.
  5. Once done, go back to Batch actions, then select Categorize selected.

If you'd like to invite an accountant, you check out the steps to learn how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then select Manage Users.
  2. Choose the Accounting firms tab.
  3. Enter the email address of the accountant.
  4. Select Invite.

Once done, your accountant will receive an invite link with the steps on how to connect to your account. If your accountant doesn't have QuickBooks Online Accountant, there's a link in the invite to learn how to sign up.

To know more about the transactions you can't move, you can refer to this article: Reclassify or move multiple transactions at once.

Additionally, I've included an article about the maximum number of billable and accountant users you can add in QuickBooks. This helps you verify if how many users you can set up in your account: How many users can I set up?.

I'm always here to assist you. Drop a comment if you have other questions in reclassifying your transaction.
