I am having the same problem I have followed the steps and no one has contacted me I have been waiting for hours for someone to contact me. This is so ridiculous. Horrible customer service. I have entered the "code" 100 times it always says connecting and then pops up 

 

"Something isn't working

Complete some security steps for Huntington Bank. Then we’ll get your latest transactions. (185)"
 
This customer service has been so horrible. I am extremely upset. My deposits won't deposit because of this issue my bank statements aren't coming through.
