I'll show you how we export or convert data into the Desktop version, latigoelectric. 

Let's first familiarize the limitations when we convert from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop. We might want to use a trial in QUickBooks Desktop to how it'll look once converted. 

Here's how we convert our data:

1. Let's access our QuickBooks Online account in Internet Explorer. 
2. Once logged in, go to the Gear icon and select Export Data. 
3. Click Learn more at the bottom below Moving to QuickBooks Desktop? 
4. Select either to Export lists and balances or Download company data.
