It is now March 2020, and I continue to bang my head on this. We have 4 Amex cards. We used to be able to import the main cardholders using the QBO. The others, we had to manually jimmy rig this and import using a JE. WHAT IS GOING HERE? ITS A SIMPLE IMPORT? AND YOU ARE MAKING OUR LIVES DIFFICULT. UPDATE PLEASE?
