I have multiple clients that have called about this over and over for a long time.  Ultimately, I instruct them that there is no way to resolve the matter and that we have to Accept the memorized transactions, then delete them from QB.  Since the nature of recurring transaction is repetitive, it's usually pretty easy to isolate the transaction with a transaction report that is moderately filtered, then work that transaction list by clicking into the transaction, Ctrl-D (to delete the txn), esc back out to the list, and do it again.  It goes pretty quick but is maddening because it should not have to be this way.
