I have been using Big Red Consulting's CSV to Excel to Web Connect File converter and it has worked wonderfully.  I actually have a client that uses Excel to record checks and deposits.  I use BRC to upload their data as well.  Best $ I've spent for correcting QB's hangup in this area.  Thanks BRC!
