I'm happy to guide you today so you'll be able to print your prior months' reconciliation in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @mikeysmrs.
You can open the Previous Reconciliation report so you'll be able to print your previous reconciliations. If you're using QBDT Premier, Accountant, and Enterprise, you can get reports for your last 120 reconciliations. However, the report will just show you the most recent reconciliation if you're using the QBDT Pro.
To run the previous reconciliation report and print it, follow these steps:
- Select Banking from the Reports menu, then pick Previous Reconciliation.
- Select your account under the Account section, and the statement ending date you want to print.
- Customize the type of report you want to open and include in it.
- Tap on Display to open.
- Click on the Print button beside the Zoom out icon to print the reconciliation.
