You'll want to contact your previous accounting software to check how you can remove the bank connection. We won't be able to provide the steps unless it's also QuickBooks.
Once the connection is removed, follow these steps to connect your bank in QB:
- Select Banking on the left pane.
- Click Connect account.
- Search your bank, then select Continue.
- Enter bank login credentials.
- Follow onscreen instruction, then Connect.
