The way the financial institutions communicate with our system can impact the receiving of data that sometimes lead to duplicate transactions. There are a few things you need to do to resolve this.

I recommend logging into the bankβs website to check your statements. You may have that entry twice.
If thatβs not the case, see if the bank is connected to QuickBooks more than once. Then, hide the extra account to fix the problem of duplicate entries.
Follow these steps:
