it might be due to the fact.   the column within excel might need headers.  

It theroy, the excel file need to be SET UP (with the IT type of magic) to import into QB.
And since i do hot have an eight year old to explain it to me.  I pass on it. lol
the only hackers i know are only interested in passwords, and loading malware on my machine.
