I’m having the same difficulty.  I have Quickbooks Desktop2016 and can not get a download file from Bank of America for about 3 weeks now.   I have no problem with American Express.  Can someone please tell me a fix for this problem.  Pretty annoying since I just purchased 2016 about 3 months ago.
