I haven't received a report about Gulf Winds Credit Union not downloading bank transactions to QuickBooks.

Those transactions seem stuck, what you need to do is click the Update button. This will manually download the latest available transactions from your bank.

Here's how to do it:

1. Go to Banking from the left navigation menu.
2. Click Update. This updates all of your bank and credit card accounts.

QuickBooks will get the latest available transactions every night around 10 PM PT. Most financial institutions usually download them the day after they post to their website. Some may take a little longer depending on your bank.

If you're still unable to see them, the issue may be on the bank's end. I recommend logging in to the bank's website to check this. Here's how:

1. Go to Banking from the left navigation menu.
2. Click Add Account (you won’t add an account, you just need the listed URL).
   
3. Search for your bank and select it, then copy the URL listed in the window.
4. Sign in using your bank username and password.
5. Some banks have multiple sign-in URLs, thus make sure you’re using the one listed in QuickBooks.
6. If you can sign in:
       a. Check your account page for messages, notifications, or alerts. Any display or sign in issues on your bank’s website can potentially block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
       b. Check your bank’s website for any announcements about new security requirements.
       c. If everything looks good, go back to the Banking menu in QuickBooks.
       d. Select the blue tile for the bank account.
       e. Click Update.

If you make changes to your financial institution, you also need to update your bank info in QBO.

1. On your bank feeds, select your bank and click the pencil icon to edit it.
2. Click Edit sign-in info and update data from there.
   
3. Click Save and connect.
