You've probably gotten this resolved by now, but there's an app called "Transaction Pro Importer" that enables you to import tons of info from a CSV or excel file to Quickbooks Desktop.  The only problem is that it doesn't seem to import into the bank feeds, so you have to classify all of your transactions in excel before you import them.  Hope this helps!
