Thanks for bringing this concern to us, so we can deal with this immediately. Let's try disconnect and reconnect your Square app in QuickBooks Online (QBO) then, try to import your cash sales from your new location to QBO.

 

If you're cash sales from the new location still won't show up, I'd suggest reaching out to our Support team. They have the right tool to check your account and further investigate this matter.

  1. Click the (?) Help icon.
  2. Hit Contact us.
