I have the same issue.  I have just opened a new location for my retail plant shop.  The new location's credit card sales post to QBO, but the cash sales do not.  It makes no sense.  When I go to match the cash sales to my deposits, they are not there.  The cash sales from my other location show up, but the ones from the new store do not.  Why would the new stores credit card sales show up but not the cash sales?  Please help.
