The option to enter batch transactions is only available in the Accountant and Enterprise version of QuickBooks. 

Since you’re using the Pro version, you might want to take advantage of downloading Bank Feed transactions. 

You can also import transactions manually through a supported file. For additional information, please refer to these article:
