Since Community is a peer-to-peer forum, I won't be able to check your account without asking for sensitive information. For security purposes, it would be best to contact our QuickBooks Online Support. They can pull up your account to determine why the transactions are duplicating.

If your bank is one of the participating financial institutions that support direct connect, you can follow the steps in this article to update your account:

As an alternative, you can run a manual update to restore the bank connection.

 

Here's how:

  1. On the left navigation menu, click on Banking.
  2. Go to Bank Feeds.
  3. Click on Update in the upper right. QuickBooks begins updating your account.
