You can update your bank account sign-in information to remove the banking alerts on the Banking page. I'd be glad to walk you through the steps.

 

As mentioned by my colleague Jonpril_L, the possible reason for this "Banking alerts" is the connection issue with your bank. To remove this, you'll need to update your bank account sign-in information. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Banking.
  2. Select Update.
  3. Enter your updated username and password.
  • If Error 103 appears, select the Reconnect my account link and enter your new username or password.
  • If no error message appears, select the Edit (pencil) icon next to the bank name, select Edit sign-in info, and enter your updated bank website username or user ID and password.

               4. Select Save and connect.

               5. Click I'm done, Let's go! once you see the confirmation message.
