To help resolve your client's credit card transaction sync issue with QuickBooks Online (QBO), let’s follow some troubleshooting steps.
Let's start by doing the manual update to trigger the connection and download the transactions. Here's how:
If this doesn't work, log in to your bank's website and check for any messages, notifications, or alerts about connectivity issues or delays. These might indicate why QuickBooks isn't downloading the transactions.
To know more about how to update your bank feeds in QBO, you can check out this article: Update your bank feeds and bank info.
If the issue continues, I recommend manually uploading your bank transaction to avoid delays and keep your books up to date.
After the syncing issue is resolved, transactions will automatically download again. To avoid duplicate entries from previously uploaded data, exclude them to prevent redownloading.
